Here at OTF our services stem from just the need of good service. When we started we were in the heavy machinery and equipment industry for years and always seen a need for speedy responses. Good service with a smile, and that extra mile. We’re a small group that doesn’t get caught up in the huddle and bustle of the industry. We’re a hand shake and pen and paper team and just want our customers happy and running.
When we started we said that we would strive for that extra mile, we’ve noticed clients sometimes don’t know exactly what they need and that’s ok. Because OTF is there for you day or night. We work hard and will stop when the work is done but we also try to apply our knowledge of the industry to make things as effective as well as efficient.
We’re centrally located in the beautiful state of Texas and our pride runs deep and our whole team likes to make sure with every job just like our great state where everything is bigger, every job of ours is bigger and better!!
